Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper and smooth operation of the trading platform and servers
- Monitor the trading platform and ongoing communication with the developers
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, trading platform applications, plug-ins, feeders, and other related settings
- Manage system upgrades, document processes, and provide relevant technical support
- Participate in IT projects
- Collaborate with external advisors and vendors to keep systems and software in perfect order and up to date
- Monitor system performance, availability, backup and continuity of systems and software
- Ensure the security of the software ecosystem in collaboration with our IT department
- Work closely with members of the IT team
Job Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Information Technology, or any other relevant field
- Experience in a similar position will be a strong plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL (administrative knowledge will be considered an advantage)
- Proactive and efficient with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Able to work on call schedule
